Before claiming rewards, you’ll need to complete the “Business, Oddities and Justice” tutorial quest and reach level 5 in Hollow Nodes. These prerequisites unlock code redemption functionality entirely.

Alternatively, visit the official redemption website, log in with your Hoyoverse account, select your server, enter the code, and collect rewards through in-game mail.
