Will We Get A “New” Weapon In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is becoming a major fall release and the developers continue to heat up it with news and some “insider leaks”. Treyarch, the developer of this game, recently dropped a hint about bringing back a quite popular gun – the PP90M1 submachine gun.
This weapon has a high sentimental value for many players because at first, it appeared in the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011). Many old-school fans enjoyed its fast-firing speed and small size. Also, an “insider” on X proves this to be true. And now, it seems to come back in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 which is going to release in 2024.
Should We Wait for a New Chapter in the Black Ops Legacy?
Placed directly after the Cold War, Black Ops 6 will offer a new campaign mode (finally, something fresh after the remakes of Modern Warfare games!), revised multiplayer, and bring back the fan-favorite Zombies mode. With new gameplay adjustments and a combination of old and new mechanics, Black Ops 6 is ready to bring the franchise up to another level.
They Bring the Awesome Zombies Mode Back!
Zombies enthusiasts, your time is coming. Treyarch has verified that well-known weapons such as the Jet Gun will return in the Zombie mode as well. The PP90M1 is also expected to show up in Zombies mode. It means you will have an ultimate fan to chop down countless numbers of zombies with this firearm. This gun resembles its first version a lot, it will surely remind you of the good old days when you were killing zombies back in the day.
Treyarch is going all-in on their revamped (no pun intended!) Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The mode will present 2 new maps: Terminus and Liberty Falls. They’re also bringing in a new perk called Melee Macchiato that adds more layers to the survival aspect of this mode. Fans who have been following the series for a long time will not want to miss the chance of diving back into action through these new features. As a Reddit user said: “It’s gonna be a Funeral or resurgence IMO”.
